These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tenth Gear Lab website (the “Website”) and your submission of a request for beta access to our developing software products (the “Beta Program”). By accessing the Website or emailing us to request access, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Tenth Gear Lab (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access the Website or email us for the Beta Program.
1.2. Eligibility
By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
2. Beta Program Structure
2.1. The Beta Program
The Website provides information regarding software products under development (collectively, the “Beta Products”). Sending a request email indicates interest in testing these products.
2.2. Beta Period
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Beta Program, or your access to any Beta Product, at any time without notice.
2.3. Separate Product Terms
Access to any individual Beta Product will be governed by specific Terms and Conditions presented upon acceptance into that test. These Website Terms do not cover the terms of use or liability related to the Beta Products themselves.
3. Data and Privacy (Email & Cloudflare)
3.1. Data Collection via Email
When you email us to request beta access, we collect your email address, display name, and any other information you voluntarily include in your message. We use this strictly to:
Communicate status updates regarding the Beta Program.
Send invitations or access details for Beta Products.
Notify you of official public product launches.
Your Rights: You may request the deletion of your information from our list at any time by replying to our emails or contacting us at the address in Section 9.
3.2. Technical Data and Hosting
This Website is hosted via Cloudflare. While Tenth Gear Lab does not use third-party advertising or tracking pixels:
Security Logs: Cloudflare and our infrastructure may automatically log technical data (including IP addresses) and place strictly necessary cookies solely for security purposes (DDoS protection, bot management).
By using this Website, you acknowledge the processing of this technical data for site security.
3.3. Beta Product Usage Data
The individual Beta Products you test may collect aggregated, non-personal usage data. This will be detailed in the separate Terms for that specific Beta Product.
4. User Conduct You agree not to

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Use automated systems (bots, spiders) to harvest email addresses from the Website or spam our contact channels.
Submit false or misleading information in your email request.
5. Feedback and Intellectual Property

YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE BETA PROGRAM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. The Website is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Tenth Gear Lab disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
The Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You will be selected for participation in any Beta Product test.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tenth Gear Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Website or the Beta Program request process, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
